We offer a full refund to students who request it within 7 days of their enrollment in our online tuition classes.

Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

The request must be made within 7 days from the date of enrollment. The student must have attended classes during this period. The refund request should be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Student Name]" and include relevant details such as enrollment date and class participation.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

The student has not attended any class in the last 7 days prior to the refund request. The request is made after the 7-day refund window. The student has violated our code of conduct or engaged in disruptive behavior during classes.

Refund Process

Once a request is received, it will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
